I was walking and praying this week and thought wouldn't it be fun to invite those that subscribe to Holy Pause to a summer of walking and seeing with Jesus! I got excited when I thought about joining together with other women who also long to go on a deeper journey with Jesus for a summer of what would it look like to walk with Jesus and see like Jesus. Oh what beauty, truth and goodness might emerge if we invite Him in to our summer. Whether you are a student, single, married, mom, grandmother...this is for everyone! Invite a friend to join you on this journey. If she subscribes, she will also get the summer invitations each Monday morning.
I would love for you to join us for a summer of 'Walking and Seeing with Jesus'! Every Monday for the month of June and July, I will post an invitation to a Holy Pause of Walking and Seeing with Jesus. If you have been around here for a little while or been to a retreat, you are learning that a PAUSE in our ordinary moments, inviting God's presence as we PRAY and FOLLOWING His gentle whispers, could be one of the most transforming things you might do this summer. Who doesn't want to walk with Jesus and see with Jesus?!
At the end of summer, there will be a gathering at my home for those that joined in the 'Walking and Seeing with Jesus' Summer Invitation! Time to gather, reflect and share what God did on this journey. I am praying for you. Grateful to join you this summer and see what God does!
Holy Pause Updates~
DON'T MISS 'COME TO THE WELL RETREAT' on SATURDAY, JULY 13th from 9am-5pm in Wilmore, Ky!! A special time of coming away from your busy lives and making room for a deeper walk with Jesus. It is a sweet time of quiet, fellowship and reflection. Retreats are a time to come as you are and encounter a God that longs to meet us in the time away in a very personal way right where we are. Jesus modeled coming away to be with His Father. This coming away was where He received His 'sealed orders' (quoting Pete Scazerro) for the mission of His Father.
